Payments

By Bank Transfer or cash. We are sorry but we do not accept Credit cards and Debit cards. Payment is cash on collection or Bank Transfer *before collection* please.

If your cat is picked up before 10am you will not be charged for that day. After 10am the full daily rate is applicable.

If you have arranged a Drop and Dash early pick up then payment on drop off is desirable.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy and Minimum Booking

• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the booking commences the full cost must be honoured unless a replacement can be found.
• If your cat is picked up early, before the end of the agreed booking, or dropped off later than arranged then the full amount is still payable.
• Bookings of less than 7 days will not be accepted in peak times unless you can be slotted in between existing bookings.
• Cats MUST be vaccinated and proof shown. Cats must have an up to date flea treatment. No exceptions. Any cat found to have fleas will be treated and a £10 charge, per cat, will be added to your bill.
